Return Window

You may return products within 7 days of delivery.


Eligible Returns

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is significantly different from description

    • Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that have been opened/used (unless defective)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

    • How to Return

  • Contact us via WhatsApp (0300-1234567) within 7 days
  • Share photos of the product and issue
  • Our team will arrange pickup or advise on courier return

    • Refunds

  • Online payment orders: refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • COD orders: refunded via Easypaisa/JazzCash or bank transfer

    • Shipping Charges for Returns

    If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer bears shipping cost.
