    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. COD orders are confirmed via phone call before dispatch.


    Failed Deliveries

    If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the package will be returned. Re-delivery charges may apply.
